Basic Gym & Pool
“I really appreciated having access to the small fitness area and the indoor swimming pool during my stay. While the pool is less than 10 meters long, it was a refreshing way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The gym had some basic equipment, which I found sufficient for a quick workout.” view full review
Spacious and Clean Rooms
“The twin room I stayed in was impressively spacious, equipped with two wardrobes and plenty of room to move around. I especially enjoyed the good size desk for working, with excellent lighting that made it easy to read and write comfortably. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights.” view full review
Large Bathroom Experience
“I loved the large bathroom in my room, which came with a powerful over-bath shower that provided a hot and refreshing experience. Daily replenishment of toiletries like shampoo and shower gel was a nice touch, making my stay even more comfortable.” view full review

“The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from cereals to fresh pastries and fruits. I particularly enjoyed the selection of items, although I found the cooked section could have been hotter. Overall, it was a lovely way to start my day before heading out.” view full review

7.0/10
My stay was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were spacious, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel more at ease, but the issues with the facilities and dining experience made my trip less enjoyable.
Rooms
5.0
The room was large, but it had stains on the carpet and mould in the bathroom. The amenities were seriously lacking, like no visible outlets for charging devices.
Service
7.0
The staff were great, extremely polite, and helped me promptly with my needs. They did their best to make my stay comfortable despite the hotel's issues.
Location
5.0
While it wasn't too centrally located, the hotel was close to public transport, which made it easier to explore Lisbon.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was quite poor and didn't meet what one would expect from a hotel claiming to be four-star. I found myself not wanting to eat there again.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were dated and desperately needed a makeover. The TV was an old CRT model, and there was no pool available during my visit, which was disappointing.

My recent stay at the Vip Executive Entrecampos Hotel & Conference in Lisbon was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the spacious room and the decent breakfast options, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The condition of the halls and my initial room was pretty disappointing, which really impacted my experience.
Rooms
5.0
I had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. The first room was smelly, with mould on the walls and filthy carpets. The second room was a bit cleaner, but still not great, especially with stained carpets and a lack of outlets.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly, but I felt they were overwhelmed and not helpful enough regarding my complaints about the cleanliness.
Location
6.0
The hotel is well-located near Entrecampos train station, making it easy to get around Lisbon, but the area felt a bit sketchy.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had nice variety, but some items were not hot enough. The overall quality of the food was just okay.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel felt dated, with broken fittings and facilities needing improvement. The Wi-Fi was good, though.

5.6/10
I had a mixed experience at the Vip Executive Entrecampos Hotel. While the location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and local cafes, I found the cleanliness and maintenance lacking. The beds were comfortable, but the overall state of the hotel felt neglected, particularly in the health club area. 😕
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, but the carpets were stained and the furniture showed signs of wear. I wished for better cleanliness overall.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff were polite and helpful, but I did encounter some inattentiveness during breakfast service.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, only a short walk from the metro and several markets, making it easy to get around Lisbon.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing with limited options and poor quality food. I expected a better spread in a hotel rated four stars.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, especially the health club, were in poor condition. The steam room and jacuzzi were not operational, and the pool area was just a storage space.

5.4/10
I booked a one-night stay at Vip Executive Entrecampos Hotel primarily for its location near the airport, but I was left quite underwhelmed. While the reception area looked decent and the beds were comfortable, my room had serious cleanliness issues and felt neglected. The bathroom, in particular, had mould, and I struggled with room amenities like the lack of visible outlets.
Rooms
5.0
I was given room 312 first, which had a mildew smell and visible mould issues. The second room, 319, was slightly cleaner but still had stained carpets and a lack of basic amenities such as visible outlets.
Service
6.0
The staff at the reception were polite and helpful, but there was a noticeable lack of communication about issues like the pool not being usable which was disappointing.
Location
8.0
The location is ideal for accessing the Entrecampos transportation hub, which made getting around Lisbon very convenient.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a variety of options, but it could use a bit more creativity to make it exciting.
Facilities
5.0
While I appreciated the size of the rooms and the lobby area, the issues like the sauna not being operational and the unavailability of basic items like an iron were quite disappointing.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom, which had noticeable issues. Overall, I felt it was a decent place, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.

The proximity to the Entrecampos metro station was a major plus, making it easy to explore Lisbon. though I noted that it positioned the hotel within the flight path, resulting in some noise.
Dining
